   作者:Stephen H. Friedberg, Arnold J. Insel, Lawrence E. Spence
   這本書理論及應用皆有提到，書的內容很紮實，很多電機、資工及數研所的上課用書，非常適合當參考書。
2. Linear Algebra with Applications (相關連結：1)

   

   作者:Steven J. Leon
   交大、清大及很多電機所及資工所的上課用書，這本書比較偏應用，雖然理論部分沒有上一本書來得多，不過針對非台大電機及台大資工卻相當足夠。
